In the sector of thermal treatment of waste, BRU.IMPIANTI Group srl is able to offer different systems for different types of products, constructed and tested over many years of operation.
Since its inception forty years ago, the Group's main objective has been that of treating the highest quantity of waste, and in fact today's increased awareness regarding environmental protection calls for plants with the following features:

SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY


Industrial sector:
Alternatives to the thermal process have also been studied, but in final analysis this process offers the indisputable advantage of eliminating and transforming treated waste into inert ashes, and of saving the energy produced.

Urban sector:
The thermal treatment is used only for inorganic parts of waste - "CDR".  The organic part is transformed into compost or powder and thus re-used.
Waste - even of the same type - does not have a homogeneous chemical composition and calorific power. 
The non homogeneous characteristics of waste entails notable variations of the elements that determine the proper combustion of the product.  
In addition to this if we bear in mind the numerous types of waste, it is easy to understand that that it is impossible to think of only one technology for all types of waste. 
Operating with unsuitable plants results in high fuel consumption, unburnt ashes, and quantities of dust and polluting substances in the fumes.

BRU.IMPIANTI Group srl, designs and identifies the dimensions and technologies of the plant thanks to mathematical models apropriately created and configured to guarantee and maintain the auto-combustion effect of our plants.  
Our specialization in the combustion process enables us to exploit the intrinsic characteristics of each element that composes the waste, thus obtaining and maintaining the auto-combustion effect with practically no fuel consumption.  
During the operating stage the system is controlled automatically by software that manages in real time all the variables inherent to the combustion process, namely:
 - comburent air
 - waste quantity
 - oxygen quantity
 - other

Thanks to its know-how BRU.IMPIANTI Group srl offers its customers a vast range of technical solutions, each of which is specific per type of waste and that guarantee excellent operating and performance of all the plants. 
We produce plants with:
  - fluid bed or injection type combustion chambers
  - static combustion chamber
  - oscillating combustion chamber
  - counter-current rotating combustion chamber
  - sloped surface static combustion chamber.
We apply different principles for the route of the fumes, in respect to the route of the waste, for each technology; these include:
  - equi-current : when both fumes and waste are routed in the same direction
  - counter-current: when the route of the waste is contrary to that of the fumes.
