Our systems offer the following features:

Very compact: thanks to our customizing, the space required to install a cataphoresis system is less than 50% of the space normally required for systems supplied by the competition.

Easy to use:  our systems are equipped with management and supervision software with highly reliable user-friendly interfacing.

Proven expertise: in order to obtain effectively 'clean' plants our construction designs include specific extraction systems, pipe and duct systems and accessory equipment.
The ultra-filtering, mixing, anolyte and cooling units are mounted on specific skids. The cataphoresis tank has a convex bottom, all rounded edges and is equipped with a special hopper. The internal space has been specially designed to house the dialysis cells.
The paint emission and stirring nozzles are installed inside the tank and connected to external pipes in order to facilitate the flow of paint as well as prevent the formation of solid deposits.

Systems without harmful emissions:   We apply our patents TO2002A00093-TO2002A00094 to construct the AIR FLOW system. This system extracts polluting fumes from the polymerizing ovens and uses them directly as fuel in the combustion chamber at 1000C°.
