Energy recovery

The combustion of waste, as well as any other massive or long term combustion activity, with the linked heat release may lead to evaluate the recovery of thermic energy; this both in terms of reduced environmental impact and for an economical revenue. At this purpose it is necessary to couple the existing or planned combustion plants with heat exchangers (plants for thermic energy recovery) in order to convert combustion’s heat into hot water for heating (houses, green-houses, industrial or farming sites, et cetera) or pressurized steam to be supplied to electrical turbines for the production of electric power (plant’s own consumption, supply to the national grid, et cetera).
